GUY BOULIANNE, Executive Director
In 2003, he was appointed to the Research Board of Advisors of the American Biographical Institute (North Carolina, USA) and in 2008, he was accepted into the International Biographical Center in Cambridge, England. He is also found at the beginning of his career, as Administrator of the Regroupement des Auteurs-Éditeurs Autonomes and as a designer and director of two television programs at Vidéotron (Ecriture d'ici and Plume et Pinceau). In 2010, he won the Honorary Diploma of the Francophonie at the Europoesésie UNICEF competition in France. The name of Guy Boulianne appears elsewhere in the "Dictionnaire des poètes d'ici - de 1606 à nos jours" published in Quebec by Editions Guérin.
FRANCINE MINVILLE, Assistant Director General
In June 2009, Francine published at Éditions Dédicaces her first collection of poetry "C'est ça la vie!" And four months later, a second collection entitled "Le mal dans sa divinité". Her poem "La guerre à tout prix" was published in the anthology "Poésie du Rêve – Rêves de poésie" published by Dossiers d'Aquitaine in France and it was also selected at the Festival of Poets in Paris in September 2009. Her poem "Ne prenez pas mon enfant" appears on the communications page of the Children & Health Federation in France. In September 2009, she participated at the 14th edition of the Baltimore Book Festival in Maryland in the United States. She now publishes in various literary journals in Europe.
BERNARD MICHAUD, General Delegate and Business Development
Bernard Michaud is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CR Productions International, Canada's premier international music production company, employing more than 400 artists and about 20 agents mostly from Quebec. The company is now successful, with offices in Montreal, Marrakech, Seoul, Bangkok and Dubai. Then Bernard Michaud, who worked with Trump for producing shows in his casinos, the Trump marina casino and the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, also produced shows for the Sultan of Brunei, Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer Anniston, Kevin Costner and several other world-renowned artists.
GUILLAUME POULIN, Political Delegate in Ottawa
Born in Sept-Îles on the North Shore, Guillaume Poulin grew up in the region of Victoriaville and since a young age has a passion for geography and international political events at a young age. Having traveled a lot and lived abroad for a few years, Guillaume is passionate about international relations and world issues. He is currently studying political science at the University of Ottawa. He perceives the Republican Movement of Quebec as an opportunity to advance Quebec’s patriotism, assist in the development of its nation and protect its vital foundations. In this perspective, he wants to participate in representing Quebec at the international level, and make his country shine throughout the globe.
JEAN-PAUL LAROUCHE, marketing strategy and advertising advisor
Owner of the consulting firm Complex D, Jean-Paul Larouche possesses skill sets in project management development, planning and promotion of marketing activities and analysis of sales reports. He is currently managing a seniors' residence project in Chambord. From 2008 to 2011, he was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces where he worked as an Aeronautical Technician and Armament Technician. He was promoted to Corporal, later had to resign due to an injury to the Achilles tendon. In 2013, he worked as a maximum security officer at the Roberval Detention Facility. In 2003, he won the Young Entrepreneur Award 18-35 years old, at the University of Moncton in New Brunswick.
ANDRÉ BERTRAND, Security Advisor
Originally from Le Gardeur, Quebec, André Bertrand works for a private agency that provides security service for special events (sports competitions, festivals, private parties, shows, fairs and exhibitions). Canadian champion from 2009 to 2012 in Karate spot (110lbs category), Canadian champion from 2009 to 2012 in Kickboxing (110lbs category), 3rd at the World Karate Championship 130 lbs and more category (Germany, 2011) and 5th in the World Karate 120lbs and more category (Florida, 2012). André Bertrand owns his martial arts center, created on November 8, 2012 with Marie-Claude Loyer. CAMAB currently has about 30 members of all ages and all levels.

Me CLAUDE LAFERRIÈRE
In 2007, he obtained a Master's degree in International Law specializing in National Security Law from Washington DC's Georgetown University Law Center. Upon his return from the United States, he had to stop writing his thesis for health reasons. In 2009, he published at Wilson & Lafleur Ltd. a book titled "Five Essays on U.S. National Security Law" that summarizes all of his research at Georgetown University. A national security law treaty is in preparation. In 2005, he received a medal from Governor General Adrienne Clarkson for distinguished service in correctional environment and in 2009, Prime Minister Stephen Harper recognized his 28 years of loyal service.
ROBERT SIROIS
Born February 6, 1954, Robert Sirois is a retired professional ice hockey winger who has amassed 212 points in 286 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). After four seasons in the Quebec Junior Hockey League (QJHL) and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) for several teams, Robert Sirois was selected by the Flyers of Philadelphia for The 1974 Amateur Draft, and began to play for the NHL the following season. Robert Sirois only played four games with the Flyers, spending most of that time with the AHL affiliate team, Richmond Robins. He was traded for the Washington Capitals in 1975.
GENERAL DIDIER TAUZIN
Didier Tauzin is a Division General of the French Army. He is particularly known for his participation in the Rwanda war and for challenging the conclusions of the Mucyo Commission. In February 2016, he deplores the arrest of General Christian Piquemal, who was taking part in a protest against the "Islamization" of Europe in Calais, declaring that "in France, those who set the fire are at rest, and those who try to extinguish it are persecuted." He declares himself a candidate for the presidential election of 2017, but fails to obtain the required 500 sponsors. He is a candidate in the legislative elections of the same year in the 2nd district of Charente.
PRINCE ARTHUR LOUIS PAGAN NIEVES
Prince Arthur Louis Pagan Nieves is the head of the Homestead House established in La Massana, in the Principality of Andorra. Nurse of Flight (RN restricted) in the US Air Force, he studied aerospace engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The prince specifies that he is not the prince of Andorra as many have thought. In the summer of 1990, the Homestead House was established as an "Honorary Diplomatic Residence" for the purpose of representing the Principality of Andorra in the United States. The official order of diplomatic status was received under the court's sentence after a transfer of nomination and title.

JEAN PIERRE MAKOSSO, British Columbia (Canada)
Born in 1965 in Pointe-Noire, Congo-Brazzaville, Jean Pierre Makosso arrived in British Columbia in 2001 and currently resides in Surrey. Passionate about writing, he started making his own plays in Europe when he was in his twenties. He also writes plays for children and young people and introduces them to the Franco-African culture. He gives lectures on French and la Francophonie. The accomplished artist travels all over Canada to share his stories of his "village" - the stories of Africa. He can present his performances in both official languages, English and French. Jean Pierre Makosso is the author of several books published by Éditions Dédicaces.
Dr. ANTHONY BALAVENDRIAN, Malaysia (South East Asia)
Dr. Anthony Balavendrian did his studies in Australia. Specializing in palliative medicine, he has been involved in emergency relief since 2005. His family was wellknown for their social work in the Penang Indian community and other peoples. He is Ambassador to Malaysia and Brigadier General of the Union Corps Saint Lazarus International (CSLI). Oblate of the Order of St. Benedict, Dr. Anthony Balavendrian is also the founder of the Association of Asian Physicians in Malaysia. The Association of Medical Doctors of Asia (AMDA) is an international organization dedicated to achieving a peaceful community in the world through humanitarian efforts in the medical health care sector.
HARSH VARDHAN JAIN, Republic of India (South Asia)
Harsh Vardhan Jain is considered one of the youngest entrepreneurs in India. He did his studies at Birla School in Nainital, India, and finally completed his Masters in Business Administration in London, UK. During his education, he took an active part in the family business. In 2002, he worked very hard to promote the activities of Stone Mining and Iron & Steel in the international market. His interpersonal skills, his self-confidence, adaptable to different cultures and work environments, are the key strengths of Mr. Jain. Today, he travels to different parts of the world, between the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
JAYANTI MANDA SARI, Indonesia (South East Asia)
Jayanti Manda Sari earned a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Lincoln University and a Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from the National Computing Center in England. Since 2016, she is a Major at the Union Corps Saint Lazarus International (CSLI). From 2004 to present, she represents AMDA Malaysia in Indonesia as a logistic and commercial planner. She has worked as a health coordinator and financial planner for the Asian Medical Association of Malaysia (AMDA), doing her master's project on telemedicine that can revolutionize medical treatment in Medan.
SÉBASTIEN BOURBON, Department of Loiret (France)
Sébastien Bourbon is a caregiver. He works on the Communal Support Committee for Civil Security of Fleury les Aubrais. Member of the Steering Committee of the shooting club Fleury les Aubrais (1990-1996), he is a shooting instructor and practices shooting rifle and pistol. He was a volunteer at the Briançon Ice Hockey Club from 2000 to 2006, a volunteer at the Turin Olympic Games in 2006, a volunteer at the 2009 Val d'Isère World Ski Championships and a volunteer from 2000 to 2006 with the Sports Services and Sport Offices. Tourism Briançon, Montgenèvre, Serrechevalier. He is now a first aid and trainer Initiation to First Aid at the Red Cross. He is the author of several books.
MICAËL MASSE, Canton of Vaud (Switzerland)
Micaël Masse was born in 1982 in the region of Joliette, Quebec. He currently lives in Morges in Canton Vaud, Switzerland. He studied at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) between 2003 and 2007 in Software Engineering. He did not obtain the title of Engineer because it is not required in his field. Quickly becoming team leader and / or technical manager in his various jobs, he is currently working for Figeas SA, a service company that offers its partner-clients cutting-edge skills in the administrative, financial and commercial management of their company. Specialized in the field of insurance, he collaborates actively with the health funds.
